Meu Chamego: the pet store where PetStar was born
PetStar was built together with the Meu Chamego team, from the pet store's real grooming and sales routine.
The challenge
Like many pet stores, Meu Chamego juggled many fronts at once: the grooming schedule, pick-up and drop-off, counter sales, staff commissions and reaching each owner for the next bath. Handling all of it in separate tools took time and left room for mistakes.
The solution
Instead of adapting a generic system, we built PetStar with the pet store team, following the daily routine closely:
- a drag-and-drop board with the statuses the team actually uses;
- pick-up and drop-off with collection addresses;
- a hybrid checkout that sells products and services in the same cart and calculates commissions;
- owner and pet records with WhatsApp message templates.
What worked at Meu Chamego became PetStar, available to any pet store.
