Cookie policy

StarUp's public website sets no cookies of its own. Here we explain the few cases where something is stored in your browser.

Version of September 28, 2026

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page explains how starup.srv.br handles them.

The public website sets no cookies of its own

The public pages (products, solutions, services, customer stories, blog and company pages) do not set StarUp cookies: there are no session, advertising or tracking cookies. That is why we show no cookie banner.

Cookieless metrics

To learn which pages are visited most, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Cloudflare security cookies

Cloudflare protects the website from attacks and bots. When it detects suspicious access, it may set cookies strictly necessary for that protection (for example, __cf_bm and cf_clearance). They are not used for advertising. The forms' anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs on a Cloudflare domain.

Theme preference

If you choose the light theme with the button in the header, we store that choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Customer area and admin panel

When you sign in to your StarUp account or the admin panel, we use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. They stop working when the session ends.

How to control them

You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking session cookies prevents signing in to the customer area but does not affect browsing the public website.
