# WiFiLeads

> Your Wi-Fi turns into a customer list, with no per-access fees.

Captive portal for MikroTik guest Wi-Fi, hosted by StarUp: visitors enter their name and WhatsApp to connect, and your store builds a contact list for follow-up. You pay for the Wi-Fi locations in your plan. Contacts, visitors and accesses do not count towards the bill, so your foot traffic can grow without your invoice growing with it. The list is yours and the decisions about it stay with you.

## FAQ

### Do you charge per access or per captured contact?

No. WiFiLeads charges for the Wi-Fi locations in your plan. Visitors, accesses and contacts do not count towards the bill: if the store fills up, the invoice stays the same.

### Is there a contact limit?

No. Contacts stay in your account with no limit, and you can export them as vCard or CSV whenever you want.

### What if my foot traffic grows?

Your plan does not change because of it. You only need more Wi-Fi locations when you open another site.

### Do I need to buy equipment?

The portal works on a MikroTik hotspot. You can use your own router and have us set it up, or get a pre-configured router and AP. Both are one-time services, per Wi-Fi location.

### What happens if the subscription lapses?

The portal stops letting new visitors onto the Wi-Fi. The company's internal network is not affected and the contacts stay saved in your account.
